Throughout the summer, we have been working on a kid-friendly urban wildlife guide. This guide is meant to educate children (and their parents) about local mammal, bird, reptile, and amphibian species that they may encounter on a day-to-day basis. Although the creation of the guide was tedious at moments (we wanted it to be perfect!), we are overjoyed with the outcome! Following the release, we are eager to get them distributed around metro-Atlanta and other urban areas of Georgia so that both kids and parents are able to learn about their local fauna.
